  You may contact the call centre at (416) 338-7320 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday or send an email to poacourt@toronto.ca.  When calling or emailing the office regarding your traffic ticket or speeding ticket, it is helpful to note the icon location of your traffic ticket found on the top left hand side of your traffic ticket (4862 for Toronto West), as well as the provincial offences number found on the top right hand side of your traffic ticket.

• How do I request a trial date for my Toronto West traffic ticket or speeding ticket?

  In order to request a trial date for your Toronto West traffic ticket or speeding ticket, you need to file a Notice of Intention to Appear at a provincial offences office within 15 days of receiving the ticket. Alternatively, you can request your trial date online through Road Warriors for $19.99 to save you from taking the time off work in order to do so.
