  • How do I request a trial date for my Niagara Falls traffic ticket or speeding ticket?

    In order to request a trial date for your Niagara Falls traffic ticket or speeding ticket, you need to complete option # 3 on the back of your ticket and mail your ticket to any of the Niagara provincial offences court locations, or complete a Notice of Intention to Appear form and attend any provincial offences court location.  Alternatively, you can request your trial date online through Road Warriors for $19.99.

  • How can I pay my Niagara Falls traffic ticket or speeding ticket?

    Before paying your Niagara Falls traffic ticket or speeding ticket, please be advised that paying your traffic ticket means you are pleading guilty to the offence.  Once you plead guilty, the traffic ticket or speeding ticket will be on your driving record.  Alternatively, requesting a trial date online for your traffic ticket or speeding ticket can buy you additional time to decide whether to fight your Niagara Falls traffic ticket or if you need additional time to pay your traffic ticket fine.  Your trial date will likely be scheduled 3+ months from the date your request is submitted.  During this time period, the traffic ticket will not be on your driving record.  While waiting for your trial date, you will still have several options available to you - you can choose to retain a paralegal firm, fight the ticket yourself, or decide later on to simply pay the ticket and plead guilty to the offence.  If you do wish to pay your Niagara Falls traffic ticket or speeding ticket, you can do so in person at any of the three Niagara provincial offences court locations or by sending your payment to Niagara Falls Court Office, 4635 Queen St, PO Box 840, Niagara Falls, ON, L2E 6V6.  Cheques should be made payable to the Regional Municipality of Niagara.  Do not send cash through the mail.
