In order to request a trial date for your Hamilton traffic ticket or speeding ticket, you need to file a Notice of Intention to Appear at a provincial offences office within 15 days of receiving the ticket. How can I pay my Hamilton traffic ticket or speeding ticket?
Before paying your Hamilton traffic ticket or speeding ticket, please be advised that paying your traffic ticket means you are pleading guilty to the offence. Once you plead guilty, the traffic ticket or speeding ticket will be on your driving record.
