It is always a good idea to contact the Barrie provincial offences office at (705) 739-4227 to confirm the fax number in case the prosecutor's fax number has changed since this page was created.  Please also be advised that if you were charged with a Part 3 traffic offence and have been summoned to court, it would be wise to seek the advice of a paralegal or lawyer.  Part 3 charges are more serious offences, which can result in heavy fines, licence suspension, and even imprisonment.  Please feel free to contact us for our rates to defend your Barrie traffic ticket or speeding ticket.

I recommend Road Warriors to anyone that may have concerns about their insurance going high after a speeding ticket. They were prompt and got what I asked for.
